I am a Transformation Coach specialising in Nutrition, Executive Coaching and Rapid Transformational Therapy .
After years of struggling with stress and anxiety, I decided to take control of my life and heal my body from the inside out. Now I use the same powerful techniques to help others find inner peace.
Finding a more balanced life.
When I was younger, I used to have a love/hate (but mostly hate) relationship with my body. From a young age, I began to see that what society valued was basically...Victoria Secret models. Tall women with long skinny legs. I was not big, but on the short side with thick thighs and a big bottom before the Kardashians made them a thing.
I was restricting what I ate when I was barely into my double digit age. University years brought addiction to dangerous diet pills which then led into about 8 years of being on phase 1 of the Atkins Diet.
What I can now see looking back on all that time is a woman who believed that her worth and lovability was directly correlated to the number on that scale. When I think of all the things that I held back from myself or all the ways I mistreated my body in pursuit of this magic number. It’s so sad.
When my youngest daughter was born, I hit a wall emotionally. I realised that I had spent so many years operating from a place of stress and constant action, that I had lost track of my emotional life. In fact, it was almost non-existent. At that time, I probably couldn’t tell you convincingly how I felt about a film.
This is the start of my journey into coaching which has developed over several years. It was a drive to understand what powered the human psyche and to deepen my self-awareness. I completed coaching training and my training at the Marisa Peer School and qualified as a Licensed Rapid Transformational Practitioner.
As I began to coach clients, I found that most of the women clients I had wanted to do the session for weight loss. Although I was comfortable with how to shift their mindset, I wanted to be able to tell my clients how to change their nutritional habits as well. I completed a qualification with one of the top nutrition companies in the world, Precision Nutrition.
In my coaching, I focus on the whole person, whole life concept. True success is having balance and fulfilment in all areas of our lives. It is taking actions on a daily basis that are congruent with our values, the type of person we wish to be and the type of life we want to live. It is releasing old behaviours and beliefs that are no longer serving us. And it is getting clarity on what we want from our lives and granting ourselves the permission to step into that life now - not when conditions XYZ are met, but from today.
I always consider it an honour to join someone on making that journey and watching the transformation unfold. It’s true magic.

This type of questioning will shed light on the root causes of why you might be feeling in need of change, dissatisfied with your current situation, overwhelmed by your life, or unfulfilled by your life choices thus far.
With the use of Rapid Transformational Therapy, a hybrid therapy combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Regression Therapy we will uncover clarity on your thoughts, behaviours, habits and actions.
I am here to hold up a mirror and show you how your thought patterns and behavioural habits can affect the outcome of what you want in life. I'm going to show you how to get out of your own way.
Part of the coaching process also involves equipping you with a tool kit of sorts to help you on your journey. This toolkit can contain boundary setting, goal setting, adjusting your money mindset, and whatever else is relevant for you.
